Hello! My name is Angie Polly. I am the broker and owner of Inshore Real Estate, LLC. I'm also native to Vero Beach, Florida, born and raised here in IRC.
I pursued my broker license not long after moving back home to Vero Beach, Florida, from Athens, Georgia. I began my real estate journey in 2015 as a sales agent for Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty. As a GA agent, I was versed in cutting-edge technology, appraisal definitions for developing an opinion of value for real property, and negotiation skills to navigate diverse perspectives and expectations. As a Florida real estate professional, I have expanded my knowledge of buying and selling vacant land, farms homesteaded and buying, fixing, and flipping investment homes. Navigating buyers and sellers through the RE transaction process is my goal.

I am a Christian woman of faith surrendered to my savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.

I am a Mother of four beautiful children from age 26 to 11 years old. We enjoy serving our community through our church outreach. We hold strong values grounded in the Word of God. Family time is essential to our success! Our hobbies are most extreme, from drag racing to competitive horseback riding. We have three horses, three dogs, three ducks, and nine chickens. We love our animals like family. My husband and I purchased our dream home on five acres in Vero Beach recently. This was a lifelong dream come true! I am passionate about seeing families obtain their American dream of home ownership here on the Treasure Coast.
